    After a major screw up from AT&T that left us without internet or cable for 5 days, I decided to try Sudden Link despite the ratings. My experience this far has been great. Tech was terrific and showed up on time, and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with our services.

    Note that you will have to get a plan > 400 GB for unlimited data, which was fine by us. As far as the customer service goes, at least you are dealing with someone in the United States. AT&T is completely outsourced and you are screwed if you have any problem that cannot be handled within their script - in other words a problem that you could probably solve yourself.

    If I do happen to encounter something with S.L. that is notably bad, I’ll be sure to keep all of you posted. As of now, everything has been great.
